Jardin de la Piboule is a beautiful organic vegetable farm on the outskirts of Cogolin. The family run farm, with Emmanuelle Menard at the helm, spans 10 hectares of which about half is left as forest and meadows to encourage biodiversity. The wonderful freshly harvested vegetables and greens that are grown solely with natural fertilizers are available for sale directly at the farm. Soil-building and other innovative eco-friendly practices such as ploughing with horses are a priority for Emmanuelle who is wholeheartedly invested in sustainability and food security for the Gulf of Saint Tropez.
