Maison Sud, Port Grimaud
This charming fisherman’s cottage in Port Grimaud had undergone a complete renovation prior to being listed for sale. The original kitchen was removed, the space was opened up, and a large kitchen island was added to enhance the layout. Despite its excellent location and all the upgrades, the property had been on the market for two years without selling. We refreshed the interior by updating all soft furnishings, adding carefully selected accessories, and styling the space to highlight its full potential. We also created new marketing materials, capturing photographs from multiple angles and producing video footage to showcase the open-plan living area
and kitchen island—features that translated far better on video than in still images alone. The impact was immediate. With the updated staging and marketing, viewings increased straight away, and the agent received the first offers just two months after the staging was completed.
